Last updated: May 28, 2026
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines permitted and prohibited uses of the Cliux platform. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund.
Prohibited Content
You may not host or distribute content that is illegal in applicable jurisdictions; promotes violence, hate, or harassment; contains malware or phishing; infringes intellectual property; depicts exploitation of minors; or facilitates fraud, spam, or unauthorized access to systems.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Cliux to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), scrape or overload our systems, circumvent usage limits, resell the platform without authorization, impersonate others, or use the Service to attack third parties. Automated traffic must comply with our API rate limits.
Resource Limits
Fair use applies to storage, bandwidth, and API calls according to your plan tier. Excessive use that impacts other customers may result in throttling or required plan upgrade.
Reporting and Enforcement
Report abuse to abuse@cliux.com. We investigate reports promptly and may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned. You may appeal enforcement decisions by contacting support@cliux.com.
