Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the terms of service. It says what may not be published or done through the Service, on a site you build or in the console, and what we do when it is. Breaking it can mean the content is removed, the site is paused, or the account is closed without a refund.

You may not host or distribute content that:

• is illegal where you are or where it is aimed;
• promotes violence, hatred or harassment against people;
• carries malware, phishing or a scam;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• sexualises or exploits minors, in any form;
• sells or facilitates fraud, unsolicited bulk mail or unauthorised access to systems.

You may not use the Service to:

• send unsolicited bulk email from, or through, a site;
• scrape, probe or overload the platform, or evade its rate limits;
• work around what your plan includes, or resell the platform as your own without an agreement with us;
• pass yourself off as a person or an organisation you are not;
• attack, or stage an attack on, anyone else's systems.

The platform runs on one server shared by every site on it. Your plan states what it counts (published sites, client sites, seats); storage and bandwidth are not metered, but a site whose traffic or files start to affect other customers may be throttled, or you may be asked to move to a plan or an arrangement that fits it. We talk to you first when we can.

Report abuse through the contact form, with the address of the page. We look at every report, and we may remove content or pause a site while we do. Repeat breaches end the account. If you think we got it wrong, appeal through the same form and a person reads it.
