Terms of Service

By accessing or using Cliux ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free-tier account.

You agree not to use Cliux to host illegal content, distribute malware, send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Cliux. By using the Service, you grant Cliux a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. Cliux owns all platform software, branding, templates, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform code.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control including third-party outages or force majeure events.

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days notice for paid accounts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Export your data before cancellation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — they may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.
