Proposal to payment
The client accepts online, signs by name, pays by card.
A deal becomes a proposal, the proposal a contract, the contract an invoice, in one chain. The client acts from a link: accepts the proposal, signs the contract by typing their name, and pays the invoice by card into your own Stripe account. Cliux adds no fee to any of it.
Invoices with partial payments
Send, mark paid, take a part payment, cancel or duplicate; the overdue ones surface on their own tile.
Retainers as recurring drafts
A recurring invoice reissues itself as a draft on the schedule you set; you review and send each one.

Upload your logo and switch the Cliux mark off: the client's site console, the proposal, contract and invoice pages and the emails around them carry your agency's name. It is honoured on the Agency and Scale plans; on other plans your logo is kept and applied the day you move up.

When the site is done, invite the client as a site user and they open their site and nothing else.

The agency Starter plan publishes 2 client sites free, with 2 seats. Agency is $49 a month for 15 client sites and 10 seats; Scale is $99 a month with no cap on client sites or seats. The meter on the site list counts every site the agency owns.
You invoice them from the agency console and they pay by card into your own Stripe account; Cliux does not collect on your behalf and adds no fee. A recurring invoice reissues itself as a draft for you to send; nothing charges a client's card on its own.
On the Agency and Scale plans your logo replaces the Cliux mark in the client's site console, on the proposal, contract and invoice pages and in the emails around them. Sign-in is the shared screen and the console stays on the Cliux address.
A client invited as a site user gets the full console and editor for their site and nothing else. There is no reduced editing mode yet, so what they can break they can also undo: the editor keeps history and page versions.
No. There is no importer; a client site starts from one of the starters and is built on the canvas. Custom code and embeds can be pasted in.
