Building and previewing is free on every account. Publishing a site is the plan; the agency plans add client sites and seats, and White Label is an agency-plan feature. Everything else on this page is in every site's editor and console.
No. You switch an app on per site from the console and it is part of that site. Card payments run through your own Stripe account, and Stripe's processing fee is the only fee on a sale.
The site wizard recommends apps for the kind of site you chose and you keep or drop them in its last step. Afterwards each app is a section of the site console, and the apps that need a page create it: a store adds a Store page, a blog a Blog page, a restaurant a Menu.
Then it is not in the product. There is no public API, no app market and no third-party connector beyond what the integrations page lists, and the developer hub says exactly what page code can do.
