Guests order from the menu on your site, for collection or delivery, and pay by card or when they collect. You set prep time, capacity and pauses; every guest gets a private tracking link; a paid order nobody accepts refunds itself.
The menu is the ordering page
One page: the menu guests read is the menu they order from.
Categories, dishes with a photo, a description, an allergen line and option groups; change a price or take a dish off and the page follows without a republish. The basket lives in the same page, every price is confirmed by the server, and a note per line and per order reaches the kitchen.
Options and notes
Size and extras with minimums and maximums; a note per dish and one for the kitchen.
Zones the guest picks
Delivery areas with their own fee, minimum and extra minutes.
Priced by the server
The basket is re-priced on the server; nothing a browser says is trusted.

What you get

Two switches; delivery needs at least one zone with an area in it.
Card or at the counter
Stripe Checkout on your own account, or pay on collection; either can be on.
Prep time and capacity
A prep time, a last-order cutoff, a ceiling on live orders and batching that stretches the quoted time when the queue grows.
Pause with a reason
Pause new orders for a preset while the kitchen catches up; it turns itself back on.
A private tracking link
Every guest gets a signed link with status and the quoted time, refreshing while the order is live.
Emails that do not repeat
Received, accepted, ready, rejected and refunded, once each, however many times the board is refreshed.
