Service commitments during the beta

Cliux is in public beta on a single server. There is no uptime guarantee, there are no service credits, and you should not put anything on it that you cannot afford to have offline for a while. We would rather tell you honestly when it breaks than measure ourselves against a number we cannot yet stand behind.

• Best effort to keep the service up, and to restore it promptly when it is not.
• Notice before any planned interruption we know about in advance.
• Your sites and their content remain yours. There is no self-service export of a whole site yet; ask through the contact form before you delete anything and we send you a copy.
• The parts of your data that already download themselves: form submissions, store orders, bookings, plan members, donations, event attendees and payments each have a CSV export in the console.
• Nightly backups kept for fourteen days, an encrypted copy of each off the server, and a monthly restore drill, as the security page describes.

One person, best effort, and no contractual response time. Reach us through the contact form and we answer as quickly as we can.

Nothing on this page creates a warranty. It does not cover downtime caused by things outside our control: a provider's outage, a domain or DNS setting on your side, force majeure, or abuse of the platform.

Service status is published on the status page. It reports what we actually measure, and says plainly where we do not measure anything yet.
