Scope

This page supplements our Privacy Policy for individuals in the European Union and European Economic Area. Cliux acts as data controller for account and platform data, and as data processor for content you publish on sites built with Cliux.

Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data based on: contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), legal obligation (tax, accounting, law enforcement requests), and consent where required (marketing emails, non-essential cookies).

Your GDPR Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International Transfers

Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA to service providers in the United States and other countries. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions where applicable to ensure appropriate safeguards.
