Questions and answers

A forum on your site, with votes and a solved mark.

Categories you create and can lock, threads members vote up or down, one accepted answer that marks a thread solved, pins and locks for moderators, mentions that notify, and reports that land in your moderation queue.

The forum categories screen of a sample community: three categories with descriptions, thread counts and lock controls.

Capabilities

What you get

Categories

Name and description, a lock when a topic is closed, thread counts at a glance.

Threads and replies

Members open threads and reply in a flat list; edits and deletions of your own posts are allowed.

Votes and an accepted answer

Up or down on threads and replies, one vote per member; the author or a moderator accepts one reply and the thread reads Solved.

Pin, lock, report

Moderators pin and lock from the thread page; reports on threads and replies join the moderation queue.

Mentions that notify

An @username in a thread or reply notifies the member in the app; a reply notifies the thread's author.

Views, and who may read

A view count per thread; the forum follows the community's visibility, public, members-only or private.

Plain text. Threads and replies are written as text; there is no formatting toolbar and no markdown rendering today.

Not yet. Threads are browsed by category, pinned first, then by activity.

Categories share the community's visibility. Make the community members-only or private; per-category permissions are not built.

Replies are a flat list under the thread. Nesting is deliberately not part of it.

Neither. The forum is a page on your site and works in a phone browser.
